ShipStation Integration Guide

If you're using ShipStation, you can import the orders manually. If you don't want the virtual bundle item, you can remove the item from the order following this guide: Add and Edit Order Items

If you want to automate the workflow, you can consider using Automation Rules. For more info, please consult ShipStation for setup assistance. Since we don't have an account, we cannot get support from ShipStation. 

rom our testing, orders of both variant and discount code modes can be imported to ShipStation. You may have to trigger manual sync to import the latest orders into ShipStation



Sometimes, you may want the bundle item to be visible within the order page for logistical purposes. This can be achieved by using the Legacy Order Editing Mode. To activate this you'll need to open the BYOB app => Settings => Cart Transformation.


Here's the order format once the order has been paid:



Please note that reverting to the legacy mode will entail that you edit the Confirmation Email and Packing slip.

1. Confirmation email: Shopify > Settings > Notifications > Customer Notifications > Confirmation email > Edit Code.

2. Packing slip: Shopify > Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Packing Slips > Edit Template.
