Can I display specific variants under a product?

Yes, sure. You can select specific variants using the variants picker. Each variant is shown as a card in the template

The steps:

1. Select the product(s) in the bundle condition
2. Click the product tag. Select the variants in the product using the variant picker
   

   

3. Fill in other details
4. Save the bundle
