ReConvert Upsell & Cross sell Integration Guide

If you are using ReConvert, you'll have to hide the bundle products on the thank you page. Otherwise, the customers may purchase the products without selecting any items in the bundle.

Steps:

1. Click customize button under the top thank you page

   

2. Input BYOB hidden and BYOB display in the product tags field for the middle widget
   

   

3. Click another widget and input the tags again

   

4. OK, the bundle products are now excluded in the Reconvert widget on the thank you page. If the bundle products are still displayed, please check if the BYOB display tag is available on your bundle product. If not, please add the tag.
