How to check if the shipping fee is correct?
When a bundle is built by the customer, the price and weight are calculated and set to the new variant. The weight is the combined total of the individual items.
If you want to check if the shipping fee is alright, you can:
- Add the individual items separately to the cart. Checkout as usual and input the shipping address you would like to check
- On the bundle page, select the items and build a bundle. Checkout as usual and input the shipping address you would like to check
- Compare the shipping fee generated by Shopify for both steps 1 and 2
Shipping methods and rates are not recalculated when the order is edited by BYOB. So the shipping fee is not changed.
